1. About This Website

This website presents Indonesia Craft Trade, our product categories and our sourcing, custom and private-label services to professional buyers. It is a source of information and a way to start a conversation with us, not an online shop.

2. Product Information

Our products are handmade from natural materials. Colour, texture, grain, weave and size naturally vary from piece to piece and may differ from the photographs shown. Images on this website are illustrative and may include representative photography.

Product descriptions, specifications, minimum order quantities and lead times shown online are indicative and may change without notice.

3. Inquiries and Quotations

Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not create a contract or reserve production capacity.

A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it. Prices, specifications, quantities, packaging, delivery terms (Incoterms), payment terms and lead times become binding only when confirmed in a written order confirmation or commercial agreement signed by both parties. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed documents prevail.

4. Samples, Custom and Private-Label Work

Samples, prototypes and custom development may be charged and are confirmed separately. Approved samples become the reference for production, within the natural variation of handmade goods.

When you supply designs, logos or brand assets for private-label work, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe the rights of others. We will use them only to produce your order.

5. Acceptable Use

Please use this website lawfully. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the website, submit false or misleading inquiries, send spam or collect data from the website by automated means without our permission.

6. Intellectual Property

Website content, text, design, the Indonesia Craft Trade name and logo, and original product designs belong to Indonesia Craft Trade or its partners and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. Third-party photography is used under its licence. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

7. Third-Party Links

The website may link to other websites, such as social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Indonesia Craft Trade is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit or business, arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; if they cannot be resolved, they will be submitted to the competent courts of Indonesia unless a signed commercial agreement provides otherwise.
